Hillside Install  (click for larger pictures)   The marked out stream area. Terrace outlined area. Create water vault Use Tamper to recompact soil. Lay out liner, place pump vault container. Buily hose to casting. Glue fittings. Position stream source casting. Fit hose through liner. Tighten hose clamp over rubber liner "flange". Add drainage gravel around pump vault to stabilized. Place flat rocks at bottom of stream path. Add flat & odd shaped stones to top of stream path. Continue mixing flat & odd rocks. Fill spaces with smaller rocks & gravel Randomly place cobblestones over stream shoulders. Use mortar bag to fill gaps with quick set cement mortar. Add gravel over wet mortar. Lightly tamp in place. Use wet gravel & small rocks to ensure adhesion with mortar. After the mortar has set, test run system & fill valve operations.   (Home)
